Ben Oluoch-Olunya

Ben Oluoch-Olunya is an Advocate with the firm. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Buckingham, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice from College of Law Guildford, England and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He established the Firm in 2001 and over the years, he has successfully advised a diverse range of clients on matters of Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation, Public Interest Litigation, Election Petitions, Company law, including multinationals and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, Conveyancing transactions including drawing of security documents, Intellectual Property among others. He has led advisory services to Multinational Companies from Europe and Asia on investing in Kenya and offered due diligence and regulatory compliance services that were integral to their successful set-up and commencement in Kenya.

He has valuable experience in Commercial Law transactions, Insurance, Finance and Conveyancing matters. He has also been involved with Advisory services in Commercial matters, Conveyancing & Land transactions including drawing of security documents, Banking & Finance Law, Labour Law and Company Law.

His practical experience in Litigation, Commercial Law and Conveyancing has shaped the Firm’s methods of practice and continues to do so as it continually adapts to a fast- changing market in the 21st Century.
