Joan Misere is a Senior Advocate with the firm she holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from The University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is an experienced Commercial Litigator and heads the Litigation Department. She has been actively involved in arbitration and courtroom litigation covering Insurance law, Construction disputes, Labour Law, Tax & Revenue Law, matters, Land law, Intellectual Property and many more. She has handled litigation and arbitration disputes whose subject matter is in excess of Kenya Shillings One Billion. She has vast experience in test suits and group litigation involving International Human Rights and Reparation claims.
